trekaustralia.com.au is a division of AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd. To make a booking you are required to pay a deposit of AUD$200 per tour, per person with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to the travel date.
Price Guarantee: AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd guarantee not to increase the base price of any package once full payment has been processed. Please note, up until this point package prices can change due to currency fluctuations or increase to operating costs or seasonal surchages. In the event of a price change, no payments will be processed until authorisation from the Client has been received.
Local payments such as entrance fee's, reef taxes and fuel levies can change at any point.
Disclaimer: Due to conditions outside of our control such as weather, politics or operational problems (eg. such as a park being closed), AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd and it's suppliers have the right to alter the itinerary. In the case of additional expense (such as upgrading to a hostel), this will be at the clients expense. In the unlikely hood that AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd or it's suppliers, are forced to cancel a tour due to low numbers, AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd or it's suppliers, will offer an alternative itinerary of similar inclusions. In the circumstance that AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd is acting as an agent only, any dispute will be handled direct by the Supplier. In the circumstance that AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd is the operator, then the dispute will be handled by AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd and is bound by Victorian law (Australia) where any disputes will be settled. Prices are subject to change.
Cancellation Fees: Outside 55 days - Deposit only, 42 to 55 days prior - 35% of tour cost, 28 to 41 days prior - 50% of tour cost, 14 to 27 days prior - 75% of tour cost, less than 14 days prior - 100% of tour cost, if the deposit is greater than the cancellation fee then the deposit will be forfeited.
Ammendment Fees: If a date change or itinerary change is done at a Clients request, a fee of $50 per passenger per change will be charged on top of any applicable supplier fees. If these changes fall within the cancellation period, then any applicable cancellation fess will also apply.
Travel Insurance: We strongly reccommend clients to purchase travel insurance at the same time as booking travel arrangements to suitably cover medical, personal effects, travel delays and cancellation costs.

Definitions:
Supplier - A supplier is the third party tour operator or service provider that operates the travel arrangments or services for the Client.
Client - The client is the person that has made the booking with AdventureTravel.Com.Au Pty Ltd and is responsible for adhearing to the booking conditions and acts as the sole correspondent for the client and the clients party.
